CJ Strategic Solutions of VA was conceived many years ago, but finally birthed in the fall of 2017. As a small, minority owned business, we know and understand the tenacity it takes to develop and maintain a successful business.  Our owner, comes from a middle-class working African American family and she was taught the value of entrepreneurship from her parents.  Being raised in a military family, Joelle saw her parents working hard on their regular jobs while maintaining their business after working hours. Our owner brings over 10 years of expertise to the company.  The consultants vary in their skillset and bring a breadth of knowledge too.  We have successfully assisted organizations with identifying ways to enhance and increase their programs and finances.  We secured over $8M grants for our clients since opening our doors.  Our overarching goal is to make entrepreneurship a reality for anyone who desires to roll up their sleeves and work.  Conceptualizing a dream is the first step, we are proof that hard work and dedication makes a difference.  There is no business too small that we won’t serve.
